Information you provide
We collect your name, email and project postal code, along with your phone number when you prefer a call or text. You may also choose to provide your project street address, notes and property photos. We save these details with your project selections. We also record basic referral information, such as a campaign name or the website that led you to the estimator, so we can understand which marketing is useful.
How we use it
We use this information to review your project, contact you, plan a site visit, prepare a quote and improve the estimator. Your information is not sold.
Photos and project records
Uploaded photos and project records are stored securely with the estimator and are available to authorized Prestige Deck Builders staff for estimating and project follow-up.
Proposal activity
When a proposal is displayed, we record the first and most recent opening time and the proposal version. This helps us follow up on your project. An opening is linked to the proposal, not a verified individual reader.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information connected to your request. Contact us and include your request number so we can locate the right record.
